A Golden Jackal eating a young chital. This was late in the day under forest cover and ISO was 6400 !
She was anxiously looking rearward, a Red-headed vulture was wanting part of the carcass
She tried to move it (probably to her den ?), but it was too heavy for her
No sooner had the jackal left that the Red-headed vulture landed. She is a female as her iris is black and not pale !
She started by the mouth but with an unbroken skin it was hard work
So she moved to the hind quarters
